FAQs

When do I need to arrive and how long will the day be?
Typically a wedding day will be 09:00-21:00 (a 12 hour day), and for destinations, there will be additional days either side for travel. This hands-on experience includes an entire day of immersive learning, from morning preparations to the evening reception. We recommend you bring plenty of water and snacks.

Do I need to bring my own gear?
If you have your own equipment, it's preferred for you to bring it. You'll also be more familiar with your own gear, but are welcome to try using ours on the day! Data (SD cards and/or SSDs) will be provided, but you're welcome to bring a second if you want duplicate shots for your own portfolio.

Is transport provided?
For destination weddings, yes; we will provide the flights and accommodation.

What should I wear?
For the wedding day, please pack all black, smart-casual clothes with no logos or graphics, and comfortable shoes as you'll be on your feet most of the day. Make sure you pack weather-appropriate clothing for the destination we're going to!

Can I use the photos/videos in my portfolio?
Of course, we encourage you to do so! This is all about setting you up with a portfolio that will assist you in booking your own luxury destination clients further down the line.
